By using Glyphconnect you agree to these terms. Glyphconnect is published by Empatixtech SIA ("Empatix", "we") at https://empatixtech.com.

Using the app

• Glyphconnect is provided free of charge, for lawful personal communication.
• You are responsible for what you send. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, defraud or exploit anyone, to share illegal content, or to break the law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt relay servers or other people's use of the app.

Blocking and reporting

Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot see or moderate them. You are in control: you can block any contact, decline message requests, remove people from groups you run, and report abuse from a contact's profile. We may act on reports that are sent to us, for example by advising relay operators to reject a mailbox.

Your identity and data

Your identity exists only on your phone. If you lose your phone or erase the app, your identity and messages cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.

Glyph languages

Glyph languages turn letters into symbols. They are a fun way to keep messages between friends private, but they are not encryption. Real protection comes from the end-to-end encryption underneath. Do not rely on a glyph language alone to protect sensitive information.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Messaging depends on networks and servers we do not control, so delivery is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Empatixtech SIA is not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

Apple

If you installed the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Empatixtech SIA, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies in addition.

Changes

We may update these terms with an app update. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
