For abuse reports, include the sender's Galactic ID (shown on their contact profile), and tell us what happened. Messages are encrypted, so we cannot see them unless you choose to forward them to us.

Common questions

How do I add a friend?

Open Crew → + and scan their QR code, or paste the link they sent you. Show your own code in You → My code.

How do glyph languages work?

In Glyphs you build an alphabet where each letter becomes a symbol. Share it with a contact from their profile, and only people who accept it can translate your messages. Glyph languages are a fun layer of privacy; the end-to-end encryption underneath is what protects your messages.

I lost my phone. Can I recover my messages?

No. Your identity and history live only on your phone and are not backed up, by design. Install the app on your new phone and ask your contacts to add you again.

How do I delete my data?

Open You → Erase everything on this phone. There are no accounts, and we hold no copy of your data. Undelivered encrypted messages expire on the relay within 14 days.

How do I block someone?

Open their contact profile and tap Block. Unknown senders can only reach you through message requests that you approve.
